Default Grading question on centering

So this is kind of a question that my only answer will be sending it in (which I am), but I appreciate any help I can get.

I have the card below. My mom's boyfriend is a drafting specialist and he measured all the sides as 6 millimeters. However the top left corner is 7 mm's. I always heard a miscut like this is worse then just being off left-to-right or top-to-bottom. Was curious how much this could affect the grade. Thanks

9.5 at worst, who knows maybe if grader is happy at the moment gives it a 10 on centering.

I kinda feel like Josh is more correct though? I mean I would hope I would get a 9 at worse if it was a mm off in one corner. But I don't see a chance at a 10 with a miscut.

In my recent experience I have had cards like that get 9s and 9.5s. I think it really is going to depend on the grader. Definitely worth the sub, I wouldn't be shocked if it even got a 10 on centering ha.
