Default My autographed baseball collection

It's been about 5 years in the making, but I have always wanted custom built shelves mounted on the wall for my autographed baseball collection. Well, now that I am a homeowner, I finally decided to get this done. Here is a picture of my end result. Thanks for taking a look!

Very neat! Where did you buy the shelves, or did you make them?

I built them myself actually. I appreciate the kind words!

I think there is some space that needs to be filled....
What are some of your best/favorites?

Really really awesome. My uncle has a few shelves that are in the shape of a baseball diamond. Really cool, but I like the simples shelves better!

Nice! I'm in a similar predicament as I just bought a house and would like to do something similar. I currently have one of those home plate holders that feature my best balls and would like something simple and cheaper to display the rest of my collection (about 80 more)
Baseball Home Plate Shaped Cabinets, Baseball Holder, Baseball Display Case, Baseball Rack

I LOVE the idea of building the holder to fit the UV protected cases. I've always worried about possible staining from the wood to the ball, no worries with this. Thanks for the idea! Now get some more stuff to fill that room!!!!

Awesome collection and it looks great. I just hope that you are keeping those blinds closed so the sun doesn't kill those autos

I am a Mariner's fan, so my 2 Griffey's, 2 Felix's, Ichiro, ARod, Ackley are a few of my favorites. Then some big name players are there too - 2 Strasburg's (including an inscribed one), Harper, 2 Trout's, Miguel Cabrera, Kemp, Kershaw, Verlander are all in the mix as well.

The diamond shaped ones are cool, I am obsessive compulsive, so I like the clean look of all of them being the same.

PM me if you need any tips. These are pretty inexpensive.

They ended up being about $35 - $40 each and hold 60 baseballs each.

This is awesome! Would love to get the details on making those cases. My son and I have been working on collecting HoF baseballs for the last year. It has been a blast.

If you are interested in HoF baseballs we have a couple of doubles.

Feel free to send me a PM if you're really interested. They aren't that hard to build.

Hey Man -

I notice you didn't list Zunino in with your favorites, but you are an M's fan. I have an ROMLB he sweet-spotted at a AAA game I went to when the Rainier's came down to Fresno. Obviously there's no cert, but it's as legit as they come. If you think it'll have a nice home in your beautiful display, PM me your address and I'll send it to you free of charge.

I too am a Mariner's fan, but your display is too gorgeous not to include the M's up and coming catcher.

Matt

That is extremely generous of you, but honestly, I do have one already. Zunino, Nick Franklin, Carlos Triunfel, Blake Beaven, Guillermo Pimental are hidden in that picture as well. I also get chances at Tyler Pike, Victor Sanchez, and Gabriel Guerrero this weekend. I really, really appreciate the offer though! PM me if I can pick up one of the other M's for you this weekend.
