Default Help with a 80s Royals player

I'm a Cubs fan so I rarely watched Sox games growing up. I remember watching one once as it was in KC and I thought it was cool that they had a water fountain. Anyways, who was the KC relief pitcher that would turn his upper body so it was facing second base during his wind-up? I can picture what he looks like but can't think of the name.

No, but he had a wicked sidearm in RBI baseball!

This guy physically twisted his upper half to face second base while throwing.
