Just tried to enter a redemption code with Topps and got this

The Redemption code that you entered is inactive

what exactly does this mean and what do i need to do about it?

Was it from 2011 tier one? Fill out the back and mail it to them

is the code expired?
did you put the right letters and numbers in? (ex. 0=zero and O=Letter)

it is a Rio Ruiz Refractor Auto from 2013 Bowman

And yes all the numbers and letters are correct

That's strange that it didn't work. I've entered a few of that exact card and haven't had any issues. Honestly, I would just keep trying or phone Topps and they can manually redeem it for you.

This is the 7th version of this exact card I have entered and have never before had a problem or this message. I guess I will be on hold for a while tomorrow.

I once made a mistake logging onto the wrong company having multiple accounts and redemptions for Panini, Upper Deck and Topps... so make sure you double check that, it's an easy oversight if you deal in volume redemptions of any sort across varied companies.
