you do realize this is baseball and not basketball or football right? Championships dont matter as much when it comes to pricing in baseball compared to the other sports...These guys are all seen as all time greats and not looked down upon because they never won a championship...harmon killebrew, willie mccovey, ken griffey jr, yaz, ernie banks, ryne sandberg, ty cobb...TED WILLIAMS etc.

If the Pujols bowman chrome was $4k raw at one point there's no reason why this can't come close

not entirely true, miggy may be the better player or end up being the better player but the pujols is one of the best looking cards ever made and only 500 off them compared to the large amount of cabreras topps traded autographs made, if he had a chrome card rookie year /500 i would imagine it would already be way over the 4000 mark.

Ding Ding Ding.

Only reason why the miggy's aren't near the price of the Pujols is the pujols were hand numbered and actually limited print run. Who knows how many Miggy's were made, but I'm guessing well into the thousands.

You can search ebay any given day and find a good 30+ miggy's ready for sale...while only a handful of pujols, if you're lucky.

It is assumed that there are around 500-700 2000 Topps Traded Autograph Cabreras and it is his ONLY 2000 MLB auto. That along with the fact Pujols' has a TON of other rookie autos to choose from makes the Cabrera auto a prime candidate for $2,000+ raw pricing. Hell, if he gets another Triple Crown and/or the Tigers win the WS, that card could easily reach $5,000+ raw.

One every 80 sets. Sets came in 20-set cases. Hypothetically, if they made 2,500 cases (50,000 sets), there would be 625 Cabreras. I have no idea how many cases they made though.

He def needs to win a WS title before they reach Pujols status on the Pujols Chrome Autos. Plus like people have said the Pujols was hand #d /500 and stupid people messed that up by trying to make the #5/500 themselves. So there is far less then /500 legit Pujols left! Its ashamed that people do that to any card much less a super high end card that will always have value

He has a World Series ring. He had a HR and 3 RBI in 6 World Series games as a 20 year old rookie.
