Default M&M or Heritage?

How are sales going for 2008 Topps Heritage and 2008 Moments & Milestones? Do either of these have legs. Is their money to be made on either right now, or has the ship sailed?

ive made out pretty good with Milestones, ya Ive pulled my share of junk autos but the /150 and /25 parallels that I get I put in lots and make 1/2 the box price back...plus the rookie /10's tend to sell well and the potential for 1/1's....you get like 6 blue parallels #d to 10 per box along with 18-20 black parallels /25....Id go with that due to the fact heritage is so hard to get an auto in

with M&M, you can sell every single card...either by themselves (usually parallels) or in lots. with Heritage, it's hard to move the non-sp cards.

I've profited from the first case of M&M that I purchased. Very nice cards & easy to sell. Player lots & the 1/1 red parallels are good sellers. I'm glad that this year they included the blue /10 parallels. Judging from the first case I picked up a box will consist of either:

3 autographs
2 autos & 1/1 parallel or printing plate or relic
1 auto & 1 parallel auto

My 2nd case is also looking very good.

I've purchased both Heritage & Topps Milestones and I have done much better with M&M

The ship has sailed on Heritage. Tough to make any money if you didn't break on release.

they took a lot of value out of heritage by only including 8 SP per box (instead of 16 including yellows last year) and the black backs don't sell for nearly enough to make up for that. also there are less big names in the SP's than in previous years.

It does not help that you get 8 sp's in Heritage this year per box. And everybody on this board that rips agreed to have master sets selling high but then they sell them for $300. So I would say no on Heritage because of this fact.. And it is people on this board that set the market. There are 3 guys on ebay right now that are selling sets that are not members of Blowout that I am aware of. MM looks like a good rip and flip product. I think you could still do ok with this now..

I broke 7 boxes of M&M and as of right now -- I am still down ~$250 with tons of /150s, plenty of /25s, some /10s and 1 1/1 (Bedard) left right now. I imagine once I list all the player sets I should be break even or better.

I need to figure out how to pull down ebay + paypal stats to correlate everything. My number could be off by $50.

After seeing the first of my player lots close tonight -- I think I'll be fine on M&M.

Even 2007 M&M seems to be selling strong.
