05 Donruss Champions question

I was looking on Blowout's site and saw the 05 Donruss Champions were on sale. My question is, is there any sort of real value in those boxes? Not so much for selling, but more in terms of trade value or nice stuff that would be pc worthy.

Or would the 07 UD Future Stars be better?

Champions was LOADED.....but.....there were a LOT of "Junk Jersey's". I have seen some nice numbered patches, but VERY few.

- OK- stuff- Like previous stated in my box I got a Sweet 3 Color Gabe Kapler patch and a Roberto Clemente Bat card(bv$40 only) and a few numbered cards and alot of 1 color jerseys including juan uribe and brian lawrence
