Default Presell price fluctuation questions

Do the prices of presells tend to fluctuate much? Are they typically lower than the live prices?

I'm thinking about a case of 2008 SP Legendary Cuts, it still doesn't go live for a couple months, I don't know if I should wait awhile or go ahead and put some money down soon.

Thanks in advance.

Short and sweet, pre-sell prices DO fluctuate. If I were you start watching other products and their prices to kind of get an idea of how things MIGHT trend. To me, when the info on a new product first comes out the prices tend to be on the high side. Then as it gets closer to the actual ship date prices dip and rise but usually it gets a tad cheaper. If a product comes out LIVE super hot? prices go up, if it is delayed 1x 2x 3x whatever sometimes prices might change as well. I did not buy any of the product that you are asking about (last year's) but hopefully someone that has might be able to answer your question a little better.
