Wossa... I havent heard that name thrown around for quite some time. I remember when he went on a buying spree of Tim Lincecum.

This is the same guy that was buying ALL Alex Gordon chrome color autos that came up on ebay back in 2006. It was an a$$load of Gordon's he was buying at the time.

Not may - you won't. This card goes into the vault.

Never knew he was based in NorCal. Never dealt with him, but I always speculated he was KO as he patrols vintage forums under an alias. Now that I know wossa's eBay handle it obviously not KO.

I pulled a Alex Gordon XFractor auto in 07 and listed it with a $300 BIN and he hit it within seconds. He scooped every Gordon topps error card and auto on ebay. I made a ton off him on Jordan Schafer 05 Draft chrome and parallels.

Super nice guy. I hope he gets after Shipley. Cha Ching!!! Hahaha

I've made a couple of deals with Wossa. Great buyer, definitely not Robin Williams.

Not Robin Williams. I've sold high-end 1/1s to him before. Last card I sold to him was back in 2008...Playoff Contenders Championship Ticket Mike Stanton Auto RC #1/1.

Anyone know if Giants majority owner Charles B. Johnson collects? He's a billionaire, a Giants super-fan since the team's days in New York, lives in the Bay Area, and likes to keep a low profile.

Of course, he's also 81, which isn't the typical age for a chrome prospector.

I know Wossa's also been recognized by PSA for putting together the best sets of some 1970s Topps football. Johnson played football growing up, and at Yale.

All purely speculation on my part. It's not hard to find a Giants super-fan in the Bay Area with money to spend.

that was Keith Olberman (merkle ebay id) and not wossa

the best/worst part about wossa is how SOME people who know who wossa is, act as if it's something big. I recall previous posts years and years ago where SOME got really really annoying about it
