It appears that the graders take the type of pen into account when grading the auto... because there is no way that anyone could deny that the auto is streaked in several places. Either that, or "streakiness" of the auto is no longer a consideration. Would be nice to have Beckett actual define their grading policies on autos.... I mean, we are paying for their services

NONETHELESS - very happy for you!!! That's a beautiful card and a GREAT grade.

That's what I am thinking happened initially.

Those silver pens will always have steak lines in them no matter how fresh the pen is. The finalizer knew this most likely and changed the grade and just wasn't updated in the system properly.

It's a near perfect auto with a paint pen. God forbid the graders exercise a bit of discretion when grading paint pen autos v. standard chrome autos.
