Funny, I was thinking the same thing last night. You know, right after he finished up his major league debut in very fine fashion, striking out 7 and allowing only 5 hits in 6 innings pitched (Shame he didn't get the decision). But anyway, I was the lucky guy who pulled his 2006 Bowman Chrome superfractor auto. I sold it a couple years ago on E-Bay and it ended at $1700

In my opinion I made out very nice with the earnings but I wonder how much more cash I could have pulled in if I had held onto it. I also wonder what the guy who bought it from me is going to do with it.

You can never be upset with a $1700 sale from a pack pulled card, but I wouldn't be a bit surprised if it would currently pull in $4,000 - $5,000

I don't follow baseball much, but I grew up with Andy LaRoche so I somewhat collect him. Anyways I don't know what a superfractor is and was wondering if any of you guys know if LaRoche has one of these.

Yeah......that guy has an INCREDIBLE collection of Dodger Superfractors. It is really amazing that he has been able to find them all, never mind being able to acquire them as well! I actually held on to my Kershaw auto (just a plain chrome.....not any kind of refractor) and have it listed on eBay now. I am hoping he has another good outing against the Mets this week and that will raise the prices even a little more. With Jay Bruce getting called up now, we should see some BIG Bowman purchases in the near future!

Is there a "Bump the oldest thread possible" game going on today that I wasn't made aware of?
