Default Why Does Fedex have to be so slow??

Bought some shipping supplies that i currently need.

Currently is showing it departed Hutchins TX 2 days ago but will be 3 days at 9pm.

Hutchins is only 40 minutes away.

Why oh why must you be slow?!?!

I feel the same about UPS.

Guess it just depends on where you live

Does the tracking # show an expected delivery date? If it's past the expected delivery date and shows no other current movement on the shipment it may be lost and a tracer has to be put on the package. You can initiate one, but ultimately it'll be up to the shipper to proceed with it if a claim is issued. With my experience with Fedex is that there tracking isn't updated as often as it should be online, but if you contact there customer support they can see more tracking information than what is provided to you. If it is passed the delivery date and you paid shipping charges request the cost back from the seller and they have to request a refund from Fedex

Did it leave Hutchins enroute to your house? Probably went to a distribution center and blah blah blah. You'll see it in 5 days.

Shows it departed Hutchins to somewhere else, probably Dallas or wherever their distribution center is.
