2003 sweet spot reemption

Just thought I'd try to see what anyone else got out of the 2003 sweet spot baseball redemption program. I got a Maddux Braves autograph game worn cap (1/1) and a Pedro Martinez Red Sox Game used autograph cap (1/1). Also got Sosa and Pudge Rodriguez batting glove, 4 Griffey auto replica jerseys (2 home 2 away) and a Stan Musial auto Filmstrip photo board. I thought it was a good program to get whole game used items instead of swatches or bat chips. I wish they would do something like that again!!

Wish I was collecting then (missed most of 97-03/04)..but did get in on the 06 Authentics and have some really nice stuff as well.

Nice cards man. Unluckily I didnt get my hands on any 2003 SS back then.

A couple of days ago we were blogging about bringing back the concept of whole game used items instead the actual game used stuff. It would definetely do some good to the hobby. I think its just matter of time before one of the manufacturers listen to our prayers.
