07/08 Topps Case

Broke a case of Topps. Overall not real great. My photoshoot was Thaddeus Young, Gold Durant Reg and 57/58, Copper Vince Carter 57/58. Autos were 2 Boozer's, Luke walton, Corey Maggette, the usual crap jersey's and NO RIP CARD. What does Topps require to be sent in so I can receive my Rip card?

Generally case receipt, wrappers, and box upc's.

Just found out the case I ordered yesterday, will be here this afternoon, so I'm itching for it! Hopefully I'll have better luck.

I didn't get my rip card either. Where do we send the upc's, wrappers, and receipt?
