Okay, I got none at all! I guess I have to contact Topps, what's the best way??

Via mail. I'd send in your case and box UPC(s), wrappers, reciept(s), and your rip cards and minis (case them as you'll most likely get them back, but that would help defend your autoless mini case) along with a printed presale info page (from blowout or magazineexchange).

Topps isn't going to send you much. I was short two autos in a box of 2008 Jumbos (Football) and got two no name rookie autos. They are quick about getting something back to you but just don't expect anything great.

Topps sucks as much as I remember from the 1980s, I see.
