blaster box of treasury.

well i had picked up a box of treasury at target and i pulled some good cards.
i pulled a micheal beasly refrator numbered to 199
also 2 other refractors
i pulled a chris paul rip card numbered to 299 so i decide to rip the card and to my surprise no mini inside its just empty...has this ever happened to anyone and also can i make a complaint to topps...please help with some advice.

I never heard of that but it is a 'blaster box' so if it does happen its probably likely to be in this box! As a whole I can say I have bought my share of these lousy things because I think its the manufacturers way of getting rid of the base cards and still making a ton! On the other hand I did pull a couple nice cards like this one Ortiz spectrum patch card /15.

Then again, I bought a bunch of treasury myself out of a reg-retail box, pulled a bunch of refractors but not one rip card!... go figure, collation seems jacked in both upper deck and topps this year!
