More like $250-$300. Kobe patch/autos do well.

9 out of 10 dealers are scumbags. You should never give in. Just keep shopping around. There are usually 3-5 guys at a huge show like that who are actually collectors that just set up for fun. They're the people you want to find. Even if they won't buy, they'll usually talk trade and deal with you fairly.

How do I know?

I'm one of those guys. Do it every year at the National.

$145 is a little low. But I would be happy at that price if it had a little dent. Honestly I would of gave about $175. But not a lot of people like that type of Kobe auto patch. I had a guy offer me one a while back for $150 and he had a hard time getting that on eBay.

145 is definitely low, but dealers need to make money off of what they buy. I don't think that low-balling is a fair statement to make when a dealer is trying to make a buck.

As someone who has the exact same card as OP and has been watching prices pretty closely, I think $250-$300 is a little much. $200 IMO.

Well $145 in person cash is like $175 with eBay PayPal fee, maybe u could have gotten $20-25 more but not like u got ripped off.

Eh, this one only got up to $128 and didn't meet the reserve. Basically identical to yours

Checking completed auctions, I think you got a good deal, considering no ebay charges.

Those gold standard kobe's are so common they don't sell too well

i think that card would normally be 150-200 on ebay, im kinda shocked that auto patch only went for 128 but auctions with reserves for whatever reason tend to make people not bid. but 145 with no fees & no shipping hassle isnt bad at all.

I pulled the regular version (your's was the prime hence the patch and #'d /24) and mine sold for $140. I could easily see that at $200.

Dealers aren't scumbags, there a business. They cannot buy at full value because they are there to make a profit. Just like a pawn shop.
