Default WOW MAJOR PULL!!!!! From Target
Dare I say it MOJO.......most overused term in the hobby, but I think it applies now. Quick story......won a $100 gift card to Target, figured it was a good time to get 5 blasters of Topps Chrome football (I know this is the basketball forum.....keep reading).....but my local Target had some hobby boxes of 2011 UD World of Sports for $79.99.....so I figured why not. Got that box and a Topps Chrome blaster. Opened the box in my car while driving home from work and was hoping that at least 1 of the hits (supposed to be 3 auto/gu) was decent.

1st hit:

Mark Ingram jersey card......ok player

2nd hit:

Josh Wolff auto......soccer player never heard of

3rd hit:

Yorman Rodriguez .......who?

4th hit.........saved my ass with this one

Great story and awesome MJ auto congrats. Would have been crazy if it was pulled from a blaster box and not hobby but never the less thanks for sharing.

Thanks everyone.....definitely excited about MJ.
The Topps Chrome blaster wasn't great.......no auto, but I did get a tough pull, a Jimmy Graham red refractor /25

Very nice hit! But we should all remember don't bust and drive! It's not worth it especially when you pulled the Jordan and drove into the ditch. Lol

Good point......I admit my eyes were off the road for a good 20 seconds because I kept thinking I was seeing things. Always bring a designated driver if you are to be ripping wax.
Don't open at those rest stops either, they have a bad reputation and someone could very easily mistake you from doing something else. Lol

I lol'd at this. Nice pull on the Jordan man! Always is nice getting your first Jordan auto especially if it is a pull.

Well, I would say so!! That is an insanely tough pull, even with no auto, from hobby boxes, not to mention retail! Congrats!
