1 box of Panini Prism - Complete Epic Fail (w/ videos)

So I wanted to do something nice for my wife and pick her up some new Basketball product. We hit a dud on the box he opened a few weeks ago:

My Wife's box of 2012-13 Totally Certified...how'd she do?

Well our bad luck continues. We opened a sealed box of Prism and every card was damaged. Awesome huh?

I tweeted Panini and they put me in contact with their CSM. Haven't heard back from them yet. Needless to say we were upset when he opened the box.

Hahahah makes you wonder how the heck that happens. Maybe it's a Panini quality control hot box?!?!

Needless to say, they'll make it right. I wouldn't be surprised if they mail you another whole hobby box of Prizm.

Bad luck. You got a row of damage cards during the packaging production phase.

Continue sending follow ups and tell them you need a hot box, a pack with 3 golds will do.

Update:

The guy I'm talking to wants me to mail in every damaged card to replace card for card.

I'm less than thrilled. Thoughts?

Man do it! You never know what he sends back. You can at least consider that he is embarrassed and will want to make amends. Also, it improves their production procedures which can assist in future card products. So for the good of the community, please do it. And for yourself, I reckon they'll hook you up.
