Ok. So you got half your money back. I guess when dealing with Panini that would be considered good. Great job.

I dislike Panini as much as anyone, but he got all of his money back on that one. The Duncan alone will bring in $55-$65.

Do you get a Muggsy Bogues Auto? If yes, I would take it.

This is correct. Man some people just love playing the part of Buzz Killington. 90% of the time you don't get your money back from busting boxes regardless of the brand. If you're busting boxes in order to flip for profit, you're fighting a steep uphill battle. Case breakers have a chance to pull some monsters but most regular collectors won't be making $100+ in SV from a hobby box or two. That's the name of the game. I'm in it for the gamble like everyone else, but at least I don't flip out and complain if my box doesn't contain a 1/1. I enjoy busting a box here or there but never expect to pull an Anthony Davis or Kobe Bryant. If you want value, stick to singles. If you want to gamble, buy a box. If you want to be a moron and insult someone who just posted a happy box break, stick to the basketball forums.

Most people are aware of that by now. Duncan still hasn't sold below $50. If he lists it, it will only be the fourth Duncan to hit eBay.

Another great post here on blowout. Some people just love to put down other people's stuff.

are you sure about it being 1 in every 2 cases? I see 1 in every 409 packs on quite a few sites and other results on others

Either people haven't opened hardly any of this, or they're more short printed than they let on. Completing a set has been very difficult. I'm thinking the Kobe, Durant, and LeBron are more scarce than the rest.
