Ive never really had any issues with you in the past and think you are a decent person. But recently you wrote a post on another forum about this site. It kind of irked me that you would talk smack about the people of this site, yet choose to trade here.

Here is what you wrote.

I'm glad you don't have any issues with me as a person and I guess if roles were reversed, I would have PMed you to discuss this further. I am open to that as well if you would like to continue this discussion.

That being said, I will not back down from what I say and will elaborate since it has been raised in a public setting. The post you referenced was a general one. I have seen what I believe to be the same people banned from one site that are various other boards, not just here. I also said that if I had to pick the other board or BO to blindly trust someone, I would pick the other board. That being said, I normally wouldn't blindly trust someone on ANY board. Furthermore, my comments were about a very small percentage of people. There are people on EVERY message board I read that I would not deal with on a transaction. I also know good people banned from a message board for what are silly and/or trivial reasons so I don't equate being banned with being a bad person.

There are many great people on this board and other boards. I know that some people only post on one board. I check a few boards to see what is out there. I don't expect people to find me so I try to find things for myself. Just because there are certain individuals I wouldn't deal with, it doesn't mean I won't deal with others. After all, I don't like a lot of things about ebay either but I still use that too.

In hindsight, I should have asked you in private. I didnt think before I reacted. I took it personally because the general blanket statement made seemed out of character for you. There are bad apples everywhere. But more importantly there are bad apples within communities that you may find to be well trusted or favored as well. We seem to keep forgetting that more often than not these days.
