It's from 1999-2000 Topps. What makes it rare? It is of the subset "Topps Chrome Preview". The crazy thing is that the card was not released with the Chrome product of that year. I pulled this thing myself. My favorite refractor of his by far. Maybe it is not rare, but I have never seen another one of these.
