Need some Advice guys

I've been trying to work a deal with a guy for WEEKS. He's got a lebron/carmelo dual auto/10 06-07 SP Game Used. He stated he would gladly trade down for some nice cards and wanted a Durant & D Rose in the deal. Well here is what I've offered him.

06-07 Finest XRC Kevin Durant Refractor/319 BGS 9.5 GEM MINT
08-09 Exquisite Triple Patch D Rose 3 CLR's 12 BRK's 4/10 BGS 8
08-09 Topps Treasury Larry Bird/Russell Westbrook DUal auto/39

And he doesn't seem to think this is a fair deal!!! What do you think???

Durant, Rose and Westbrook are currently hot but I wouldn't trade u a Lebron/Carmelo dual auto #/10 for those. Would need a Rose Auto or Durant Auto at the least. IMO
