Nice collation Panini

So I bought three Threads blasters and started sorting the cards by separating them into 3 piles (1-50, 51-100 and 101-150). This was the result:

As if that wasn't bad enough I got 4 copies of multiple cards. Out of three blasters.

Ah so after checking the checklist for this set I see why the collation was so skewed. The first 38 cards in the set are all rookies #ed to 399 or less and the commons don't start until card number 39.

Weird.

I think Panini owes me an apology for making a set where the first third are all serial numbered cards.

yea because sets where they short print the rookies are unheard of

It is when those rookies are numbered as part of the base set AND are the first 38 cards of the set.

definitely weird to have short prints (rookies or not) to be at the beginning of a set
