Default panini customer service

Has anyone else has issues with panini when it comes to redemptions and damaged cards? I had a redemption for a Brandon Jennings absolute RAP and entered it in July and still havent seen anything. I have twice asked for updates and havent heard anything back. The thing that annoys me is that I have seen live versions of the card on ebay, but yet no word on mine.
Also I have had trouble with them in regards to damaged cards I have sent in. I had a auto from Elite football that had a big chunk of the foil off the bottom so I entered the claim on their website, sent in all the info and I got the same card back in the mail. Not a new non-damaged version, but the same exact card, it didnt ven look like they cut the tape i used to seal the top loader shut. Also, the same thing happened with a prime patch card from Classics football. There were 3 big dents on the cards surface so again I followed the instructions and did exactly what they wanted, and again I got my card back unchanged.
I hate to say it, but atleast UD pretended they were working on things, and after waiting a year for a Kobe By the Letter #/2, i got a huge replacement package with SP Authentic RAPs of Chris Johnson, Joe Flaaco, and Ray Rice , and also a triple auto #/10 of Romo/Brees/Matt Casel.
I'm just super upset cuz I'm a huge Jennings fan and was super pumped to pull that card cuz I love Absolute, so the RAP of Youn Money woulda been great!

I had a timeless treasures b Jennings redemption and I ask to get a rePlacement after I didn't get it within the 4mnths, they offered a random replacement,I declined so they offered me 2 packs of absolute, I declined and I ask to get one of my pc players but they couldn't find one with equal value for the Jennings, so I just took the absolute instead, they took over a week to respond,usually they responded the next day my questions where asked, & they said the Jennings just came in so they have to honor the redemption, but I really didn't want the Jennings anymore so I said,can you atleast honor my replacement,so they replied that this is the last time they'll honor my replacement if the card I redeemed just came in. Just wanna tell my story about panini replacement process. In your case,take a pic of the card and show them it's damaged. Try to pressure them into giving you your end of the deal.

I'm still waiting on Robert Horry to finish signing his stuff. I really can't put the blame on Panini for something like that, nor do I want to replace it with his autos being so limited (even though I still can't stand him for the game 5 three pointer in the '05 Finals).

yeah I have brandon jennings classics auto since april and asked for a replacement in september still no word
