Ugh....Called Press Pass Today

Called them today trying to see the status on my redemption I mailed to them back in Novemeber. Not the news I was looking for when I called.

First of all, it was for my 09 Fusion Redemption for the Ty Lawson Gold Auto /199. They said they will be sending a replacement because they feel its been long enough and Ty hasn't signed. What I don't understand is why they have redemptions at all. I'd say 90% of his cards were signed from the getgo. Most have been live all along. Don't get why all of them weren't signed when he did his first signing session. I guess i'm going to be beat out of the last 3 sigs I need from the Fusion master set. Unreal how I can have 12 auto versions already from the set and not going to be able to get the last 3 now.
