UD is strange. I have had most high end redemption cards or replacements sent by Fed Ex ground. A couple of times they sent a high end card USPS.

As for replacements I have had very good luck with both UD and DLP.

UD sent me my Colt Brennan/Davone Bess Dual Auto /10 FedEx and had tracking so for a card that high end to not have tracking is BS.

UD has sent all my high-end redemps by FedEx ground iirc.

BBB is a good idea.
