Thanks man really appreciate that.

Yeah me too, love this clean and beautiful design, they did such a great job with these. I would definitely recommend these cards, especially the Stockton!

Good luck on your hunt and hope you get one for your pc.

Just picked up this Cheeks patch. He is a finalist again this year for the HOF. I hope he finally makes it over the hump. Guys like Dennis Johnson, Gilmore and Mullins took a couple years so I think he is close.

Love this thread but needs a Doctor with a little old-school flavor - let me bump it up with one of my favorite cards from a classic old-school set. Sorry for bad pic..

^Awesome Dr J card. That must be very short printed because it's rarely (if ever) on eBay.

Here are some HOF autos I got in the post today.

Love those cards. I have the same Wilkens and Thurmond (though my Thurmond is signed Nate the Great). That Arizin is no slouch either, and from an underrated set.

Thanks Will.. Yeah it's short printed but not to sure how many were produced but for set collectors the DRJ is usually the last card for completion..

Love those Chronology you have, the best looking Legends set of all time IMO.. How far along are you on the set? You have a list of who you need to complete?

Cliff Hagan (incoming)

Wow....... That's SICK!!!! I want it

That's a beautiful cards, Joe, thanks for sharing it. I don't think i've ever seen it. I know they have a Retro Level 2 of Erving, and don't think he has the regular Inkredible, but that Epic is just SICK! They should have made all the players more limited... would make them more appealing, or at least to me. Congrats on that monster of a card.

Will, nice Chronology's and Arizin too.

All three of those Silhouettes look very nice. That card design is actually growing on me.... it's just the gold bits on either side which bug me (for some reason). But I really like how they chose photos of the player wearing the same colour jersey as seen in the swatch, rather than a white/alternate colour.

Here are some of my recent Hall of Fame autos which I haven't posted on the boards yet.

I'm a fan of this Chronology 'My Generation' card design. Bob McAdoo is underrated historically. In 1974-75, he averaged 34.5 ppg (in a league that only averaged 102.6 ppg), 14.1 rpg, and shot .512 from the floor (in a league that shot .457). Incidently, he also shot .805 from the line.

I also added this Marques Johnson auto to my Chronology Legends collection. The original 'point forward', he's not in the Hall of Fame, but I think he ought to be. He's a 5-time All-Star, was once named All-NBA 1st Team, twice named All-NBA 2nd Team, NCAA champion, College Player of the Year, etc. And he averaged 20.1ppg, 7.0rpg and 3.6apg for his NBA career.

I've spent many an hour trawling the internet I found some by doing Google image searches then contacting people via their photobucket username, or by searching through European, Australian (etc) message boards.

I think there are about 109 different cards and I only have about 19 of them, so still got a long way to go. It's a fun set to chase though.

Thanks, fellas! Yeah guys i'm lovin this set, couldn't be happier with Panini, they're getting it done!!! I just hope they keep coming out with these every year and make different players...

Great cards, guys, love those Chronology's! They look like little pieces of art work. Exact reason why I like the Silhouettes so much.

Yet another Chronology mailday

First up we have Gail Goodrich, who is a former All-League 1st Team member, 5-time All-Star and member of the Hall of Fame.

Next we have Chet Walker, who isn't actually in the Hall of Fame, but I'm posting this card anyway since he ought to be

Chet is a 7-time All-Star and was one of the key players on the legendary 1967 Philadelphia 76ers championship winning team.

Sutanto, LOVE that Jordan card, it brings me back!!! Amazing how a simple card like that can take me back to some great memories... Thanks for sharing.

Will, LOVE the look of that Chet Walker, very cool looking card I like these cards in general, but that Chet is sexier looking then the rest(off the top of my head) for some reason.
