I had a DeBusschere jersey from that set and thought it was awesome to find a jersey card of his! Wasn't autographed though, obviously. That Russell is great, I really like those early 2000s legends sets.

I've got the same Willis Reed.

Meanwhile, you got the Frazier patch auto for a good price, IMO.

are there 2 different versions of that reed? becket lists one valued at around $30 and the other at $60. they also have another 1 on ebay listed at $199. not sure if i have the higher or lower version.

yeah man that frazier is gonna be the best card in my pc to date. i'm surprised it wasn't advertised as jersey numbered.

So it was you who got the Wilt/Kareem/Mikan triple auto! Good for you. I was a fan of that card when someone posted it on the boards.

Unusual Bill Sharman card/auto.

Great pickups!

Sick cards, 8lakers24. You chose some excellent players/pieces. Nice symmetry, too

I need a Shaq auto. Your Shaq/Kareem dual is one of the better Shaq autos I've seen.

Loove the Birds!

Aren't you from Beckett? I remember talking with someone about these Bird cards...

Yes I am. whodeyalltheway over on Beckett forums. You were Elgin Baylor over there correct? I presume you like the Baylor 1/1 if so.

Oh ok... great to see you here. Yep that's me, as my avatar here shows. Well, at least that's Baylor a long time after he played... lol

So did you ever complete this Bird set? I forget which card you needed.

I do like your Baylor 1/1 but i'm not a "collect every single card" player collector... it would drive me nuts, and broke at the same time.

I think it was the jersey/auto refractor version... nice looking cards.

Yeah there are just too many 1/1's, and some can be in the $500-$1,000 ranges. From the little bit of Baylor cards I do have I haven't really felt a real joy out of them, so good thing I didn't make the mistake of getting 100's of cards of him. I like collecting all different players, I find that the most fun. With little side PC's here and there, of players like Steve Francis...
