Default Used Redemption card for sale?

I think the bidders did not read the description fully or am i missing something?

eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

A highly valuable used redemption card. Wow.

Don't get me wrong, I would pay $10 for such an iconic card, but $150? I think there's gonna be some buyer remorse.

Shady move by the seller. The card is NOT a 1/1, 1/1 means serially numbered 1/1, the redemption is NOT. That would mean every redemption card I have is a 1/1? And he words it "This MAY not get you a 1/1" ... wait ... didn't he just contradict himself? While trying to use shady wording to give the false impression that it *MAY* be possible to redeem or something ridiculous like that?

Could the buyer argue that since they own the redemption card, they are the rightful owner of the card in question? I am guessing the redemption has been filled, but who knows...

Its been filled by the seller. He had the actual Pippen Solid Gold for sale awhile back.

Whoever wins this auction will be pretty disappointed. The seller should have a clearer description.

The card is in fact a 1/1. It is the only card in the world that calls for that exact card. And when he says "it may not get you the scottie pippen 1/1..." it's obvious that you're not getting the scottie. The description is clear and accurate.

He didn't say that the card wont get you a 1/1, he said the card won't get you THE scottie pippen 1/1

+1 the wording is what I didn't like. I have no problem with him selling a used redemption but you must be VERY clear it's used and has no value beyond the piece of cardboard it's printed on. Shady language making it sound like it still has value or isn't actually redeemed or something is wrong. I have a feeling he knew what he was doing the way he worded it to get some suckers to bid it up.

He also said it "may not get you a pippen 1/1" when in fact it 100% WILL NOT get you a pippen 1/1, or anything for that matters.

and 1/1 means stamped 1/1 #1/1 1 of 1 ... the redemption card is NOT any of those.

If that's the case, then every one of my redemptions is a 1/1 as well. The codes are all different !
