Default Ebay Seller Question?

I just recently sold a Case of National Treasures on ebay. The final sale price was $4000 which was more than I was expecting. My question is that the winner does not have very much recent feedback (only 1 in last month) and I have yet to recieve Payment. I have already sent him an invoice. My question is how long should I wait before I try and do a second chance offer? I am worried about being hung out to dry and having to re-list the item. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

second chance offers rarely get taken............

file a claim after 4 days, then close the case after another 4.

next time, do a BIN with immediate payment required.

I would not sell a 4k anything, let alone a 1k product, to a buyer w/ low feedback even if he does pay! You're asking for trouble, imo. He could claim "item as not described," get a refund, and send you back [with sig/DC] another crap box of cards. Then you're SOL because Ebay won't help you.

Too risky...

how long has it been since the auction closed? did you specify a payment window in the listing?

I neglected to specify a payment window. It closed on Saturday Night. I know it hasn't been that long but I am just worried because of the low feedback.
