Took LA 7 games to beat an undermanned Rockets team, and the Lakers still showed that they have no heart when they need to win a big game on the road.

Nuggs are going to give them fits with Billups and 'Melo, along with a front line that should outphysical the soft LA front line with little trouble as long as the refs let them play

I would personally like to see Melo vs Lebron, and thats not cause Im a Blazer fan(and dont like the Lakers) just think it would be a better finals.

What would be funny is if it is Nuggs/Cavs and Denver wins, that would give Wade and Melo a ring before Lebron

I hope the Nuggets win it all, BUT L.A did go 3-1 against Denver in the regular season. But I agree with you gman71...

Nuggets are really, really good.

Doesn't matter as I think the Cavs beat either in 6.

If Lakers can get their act together and play like they want it, i think this can still be their year.

you guys are drinking too much of the damn media hype on the Nugs this series won't be longer than 5 games. They don't match up. They played their best game tonight and still got beat when they Fakers were terrible. Kobe vs LeBron and the Cavs might sweep them too first team to go fo fo fo fo....

Played their best game?

Missed 12 free throws, got nothing from JR Smith,Billups was anything but Billups, got a total of 16pts from their bench, and still took LA to the final buzzer

Only Kobe showed up for the game. Bad game for both teams.

It wasn't Lakers vs. Nuggets,

more like Kobe vs Melo

Yeah,LA looked like the Lakers of old where they all stand around and watch Kobe.

7 games of Melo vs Kobe wouldn't be a bad thing to watch if they're anything like last night

Where's all the Laker fans tonight after the loss????? Another great game! This series is going to be hard fought. So far Carmelo's great play has neutralized Kobe's great play so its up to everyone else. Whoever makes the fewest mental mistakes will win this.

Agreed. I am now a fan too. That kid reminds me of Dennis Rodman. Not the tattoos or wild hair, but the kid has heart. Loved tonights game. LOVED IT!

Go Nuggets!
