The NBA will have a cow and probably file claim/lawsuit against them, as well as Panini. From what I remember, they're not allowed to use team names or logo's as they are property of the NBA and they do not have written consent anymore.

i saw that in the latest Preview catalog. i'm waiting to see what shakes down.

As long as they release it by a certain date [whatever is in their contract] they should be okay. After that, the NBA would seem to have quite a case against them.

October 29th I believe is the date they must get rid of all NBA material... which makes sense since this usually releases in August... I'm thinking.. maybe this why there are 2 jerseys and 1 auto in each pack. There are 6 packs a box.

I bet this is like Topps Signature.. "get rid of all the sticker auto's! hurry! - make it look appealing then give them less than what they expect! - Junk together dual auto's of random players just to get rid of those damn stickers!"

Would also explain why they would have quad patches /199 and Logo Men /10. That might be a great set to pick up on the secondary market because the prices are going to flatline with that many showing up.

This will be UD's lets clear out the Game Used room. They cleared out all the stickers with their Crapiance product.
