I did a High End trade with him fine, he sent first, i didnt send till I got my card from him. Haven't heard from him since then, but went off without a hitch.

I warned you all before about it, and the mods removed my posts and i am still in the process of getting PLAYHARD charged with fraud and theft

I will contacting authorities in Missoula about him and know about his ''other'' email name etc. I have all documents on hand, so if anyone wants to join me in the fight, you are more then welcome

Guys - playhards been banned given the multiple posts here.

Make sure you file your claims. Make copies of this and your trade documentations and submit them also to your local police office and the police office the serves playhard's area. This will hopefully ensure that something is done (sorry to say this but strength in numbers). I'd also try and get with Internazionale and see whom he's been working with as adding to his case may help everyone else out as well.

I can confirm this is his address, name and email with Jim Deed as the contact name. I contacted Maggliofan for his #, so I hope he can help us out. As for his ebay account I can't confirm that.

Unbelievable. Back in early January we started to become friends. Talked off and on. He then mentioned he had some cards he wanted to sell but couldn't sell them because HE HAD NO EBAY ACCOUNT. Or it was deleted or something like that.He asked if I'd sell a few cards for him on eBay and he would pay the fees and all. I said sure no problem. Now I'm wondering if the cards he asked me to sell were cards he stole from someone else but had me sell them so that nothing would be linked to him. Unbelievable. I feel stupid now

I have that Cam Newton Inception Patch now that I got from him (don't know if its the same one). I traded one of my highest end cards for it, trade went off without a hitch, probably because I demanded he trade first.

no. The 3 cards I sold for him were 2 Prince Fielder autos and 1 mickey mantle chair relic card

Well my local police and Missoula police have been contacted now, so I gotta wait and see what comes out of it. The more people on board with me the better. Since your trade went without a hitch, I can't see them nagging you for my card back. In all honesty I don't care about the cards I lost, just want justice brought to playhard. There is more to life then cards for me, so anything you deem necessary for contribution here, please do so.
