Its just sad to see Amare without Nash. Its like seeing superman without his cape. Its like Malone without Stockton. Antoine Walker without Pierce. Cavs without Lebron(sorry cavs fans). Lamar without LA & Khloe. He just looks so out of sorts. There is never an easy shot for him anymore.

He has never played defense, not even in Phoenix. Expecting him to do it now is a pipe dream. Hes all offense, and hes great at it.

well he admitted he cheated on his wife so at the very least he's guilty of adultery...all the knicks did was lose the first 2 home games to what looks to be the best team in the conference thats not as bad as adultery, sorry

You were probably one of those Knick fans that wanted LBJ to go play for the Knicks and now hate him for it.

Check again...maybe I should have...but I have always (and my fellow season ticket holders can attest) hated Lebron. He's a punk and I've never liked him. I hated seeing him light the knicks up, and always said it would be better to win without Lebron and for Lebron to end his career without a ring. He's got a good chance this year but still a lot of ball to go...

Amare Stoudemire reportedly suffered a laceration on his left hand after punching a fire extinguisher following Monday's Game 2 loss to the Heat.

Finally, Amare is out. Now the Knicks can get back to defense.

Somebody got butthurt pretty quickly...Lol.

Regardless, Amare's a total dumbass. His hand was a "crimson mess" from punching a fire extinguisher after bent over again. Hell, I'd like to see the Knicks knock LeBron and his flops out of the playoffs. But they've gotta get it together.

I still think the trade for Carmelo was an awful move. When the Knicks had Felton, Mozgov, Chandler, etc. instead last year, they were a really good team. The Melo trade threw off chemistry and hurt the team overall, IMO.

I don't know...that was an exciting team to watch, and they had some great chemistry from the games I saw last year. I think they may have been able to make a run. But I guess we'll never know now.

When the first report said 'laceration from punching something' I thought fire extinguisher glass casing. I have seen two people do the same thing while drunk. The metal hammer hanging from a chain is there for a reason. Glass and human hand don't mix.

well they just didnt have a consistent brand of winning, same as this team...amare was playing a lot better but it was just like the suns, all offense no defense... at least with a 'great' scorer like melo you're supposed to have a chance if you play defense...which in the knicks defense (no pun intended) having a sick chandler and no shump takes away their defense....they were so much worse without chandler in the line up in terms of ppg its ridiculous...
