Hahahaha. I guess once we have earned the same amount of "respect" that puregreen has made so clear he deserves, then we can submit our posts in triplicate as well.

If the world ends soon, I'm pretty sure the basketball forum will be first to go.

I just want to point out that I called my Mother yesterday!!

Back on topic now..

I hope we dont hear the same old lame excuse when the bulls are ousted from the playoffs before the finals. IF they lose and blame it on Rose being hurt, I hope they can explain how they didnt win last year when Rose wasnt hurt!

Im getting ready for the excuse fest to start once they get das boot!

Bulls are the most overated team . They would not have won with Rose

My thoughts are that you are a fish and I'll bet you whatever you want on this one.

First of all, it's overrated... unless you're criticizing their eating habits.

Also, they earned the NBA's best record 2 years in a row and they have beaten many great teams (Heat included) with and without Rose.

see, the great thing about a real bulls fan, is that a real bulls fan has been through a lot. They won a bunch of championships, but its been some time since they've done that, and remember, they were one of if not the worst team in basketball for a good stretch of 5-6 years. There's probably also some comparison to be made in there to this year's Bears season as well.

We'll be fine. It is immensely unfortunate what happened, but I think you have to give bulls fans a chance to talk themselves up, still only a couple days after what had happened. Yesterday was atrocious, and we're going to get knocked out much sooner than if we had him in there, but long term, we're going to be fine

As a Bulls fan, I'd still take this playoff run over the Eddy Curry/Tyson Chandler/Marcus Fizer/Ron Mercer hell we went through in the early 2000's.

As for the other part of this thread, Wow.

Amen. My dad has had a partial season ticket package since the early 90's when they were in Chicago Stadium. I remember going to a game at UC the year after Jordan retired (the 2nd time) and watching the Bulls score only 49 points against the Heat (I think it was the lowest point total since the shot clock was introduced). At least they gave out Beanie Babies that night!

not sure what showing off a bunch of graded RPAs have to do with bball knowledge.

also not sure why there was a need to brag about your job and/or attempt to demoralize/devalue's another life.

i think we all deserve better here
