To answer your question...I'm pretty sure the President Richard P. McWilliam does (semi-serious).

They are from the last series he played before "The Decision". Nice shoes and they should definetly hold a premium, but I agree $50,000 is out of the question crazy.

Milk the assets to personal accounts before the debtors can seek claim.

I agree $50k is crazy, but it makes me wonder how much those autographed Kobe sneakers the Golden Ticket guy got are worth. Remember he passed up on the $20k offer for the golden ticket and made it very public....most everyone thought he was nuts, however he may have gotten the last laugh; as he got to meet Kobe, attend a Lakers' game, get like 5 or 6 boxes of cards where I think he pulled a NT Joe Montana auto and other stuff, get his golden ticket signed by Kobe, and finally got the pair of Kobe GU auto'ed sneaks.

I know the Lebron sneakers have a bit more significance being his last series as a Cavalier, but it isn't anything crazy like a GU Finals Championship or MVP worn / Auto'ed sneakers.

I honestly think the guy made out better by not selling the ticket, as he never knew prior to redeeming the ticket that he would get a pair of GU autographed Kobe sneakers..

California is foreign to me. I do not know what they can and can't do.

I know of individuals who transferred assets from a company to other individuals in attempt to shelter the assets from liabilities of the LLC and/or corporation. Upper Deck is organized as an LLC.

My knowledge of the area is limited to what I learned in managerial accounting. I take corporate law next year.

Reading the description it is actually for FOUR pairs of shoes. VERY interesting. Still overpriced, but interesting nonetheless.

what does this have to do with anything? if anyone buys them they definately won't be balling in them, however I do agree, it's one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever put on.

its actually for 4 pairs of shoes...i dont think its that ridiculous considering lebrons market and the fact that its 4 pairs of autographed game used shoes from his last games in cleveland...although im rooting hard against it, what if lebron does end up in the end as one of the greatest to ever play the game? then they'd be worth WELL more than 50 k for the lot...
