50% is a bit much, but at least when you pull the MJ 1/1 we should be entitled to 10% for swaying your decision
10% of that card would a hefty chunk of change! So yeah, I'm down lol.

Don't listen to the wise men...

Don't be fooled by the gamblers, Will, do not open them...

Will, open them, you will get somethin great!

Will, most times you do not get anything good.

Will, if you hit, you'll hit BIG!!!! HUGE bucks! MJ 1/1 will get you $20,000.00!!!!!!!!!!1 Imagine all the cards you can get for that much!

Will, don't listen to him, you'll only get $50 worth of inserts if you're luck, while selling the box will make you $700+!

Will, the other guy is just gelous, he's scared you'll get something great and then buy up all the cards he would have gotten.... Think about that!

Will, the other guy just wants to watch you pull $2 inserts and laugh in your face! Be strong, do not listen.

Will, you're the biggest fool in this hobby if you do not open it. The guy who buys it from you will be ahead 20K and then you'll cry...

Will, see it, watch the guy who buys it from you get nothing, and then be a good man and spilt the money 50/50 with him because you're so sorry he didn't pull anything...

LOL

HAHAHA

So what's it gonna be, Will? You gotta make a decision, and you gotta make it NOW!!! haha

The longer you look at the boxes, the faster you'll open them! Then you'll be opening them live on blog like I did with my Flair Showcase lol

You're better off listing them on ebay right now!

Will, don't forget what I said........

Someone in Germany has made me a decent offer for the box of SPx Finite. If I decide to sell them, I think I'd be better off listing them on eBay.

Some beautiful inserts in these boxes though... I just know it! I can hear them calling me "open me, open me..."

I'd definitely list them on eBay instead of going that route if you sell them. Keep in mind you'll have 12% in fees. Just open them and pull the $50k 1/1 Jordan.

I actually thought it had too, but I couldn't remember. Just trying to be silly.

The Kobe would land a huge chunk of $$ though.

I wouldnt open if I were you. I am one of the few SPX finite "super collectors" out there, and have opened my fair share of boxes. I also created a spread sheet with complete odds since all the cards were serially #ed. Spectrum are inserted roughly 3 out of every 2 boxes. The boxes are very fun to open but if they are selling over $150 its very hard to get cards that you can even break even on (like most box breaks of course).

Dont mean to be the bubble burster but its not worth it. If you can really sell the box for over $300 take the money and run. The product is awesome (my favorite ever) but its just at a price that doesnt make it worth busting. GL with whatever you do. Also as mentioned above the RC's are only in 98-99 UD Series 2 aka MJ Access.

2 years ago I was able to buy 2 boxes for $60 each and loved busting them but the best cards were a Chris Mullin spectrum #ed to 250 and a Pippen Finite Excellence Radiance #ed to 590 and a Jordan Radiance #ed to 1130.

Biggest mistake I made with Finite? Not pulling the trigger on the Kobe extreme for $450 about 6-7 years ago. I cant stand Kobe but that would have been the jewel of my collection. Sadly, it is now a Lamond Murray extreme that I paid $100 for

Thanks for the info - it was extremely useful.

I've done a lot of research and really like the look of the SPx Finite cards. However, it's completely hit or miss whether I pull anything nice from the box. Of course it would be fun to open it though. I love that feeling of opening all those packs!

I've had two very good offers now for my SPx Finite box on other message boards. These old boxes are particularly popular in Europe, it seems.

You probably won't ever have the chance to bust these boxes again in your life! And now you have the chance and don't have much $$$ into them....GO FOR IT!

Postage costs from the UK (about $5) mean that it's probably not worth considering a group break. Then again, hmm....
