Default 2011-12 Gold Standard Basketball Stars in a Gold-Digging Edition of Panini Unwrapped

2011-12 Gold Standard Basketball Stars in a Gold-Digging Edition of Panini Unwrapped

July 18, 2012 at 11:09 AM

First things first: Panini America’s Tracy Hackler and Keith Hower mined some high-quality hits from the two boxes of 2011-12 Gold Standard Basketball featured in this special episode of Panini Unwrapped. And you have a chance to win them.

But you’re going to have to embark on a gold-digging expedition of The Knight’s Lance to be eligible. We’ve buried images of five of our biggest hits from the two boxes into previously published 2011-12 Gold Standard Basketball posts. Your mission, should you choose to accept it in an effort to win these cards, is to find them.

So after you’ve watched the video, scour our previous posts on this product looking for images of five cards: the Marks of the Hall Robert Parish autograph (#36/149), the Wes Unseld Marks of the Hall autograph (#142/149), the Chris Paul Gold Rush (#47/49), the LeBron James 14k Memorabilia (#14/99) and the 2012 Draft Pick Redemption for Pick No. 9.

Once you’ve found the images, copy the names of the image files and paste them into a comment to this post. We’ll give you until 11:59 CST Friday night to get your entries in — and we’ll wait to approve all comments then, too. Those who discover all five images will be entered into a drawing to win the hits.

Good luck and happy hunting.

I know right, for the first time ever, the boxes they busted were not the best boxes available on the market. Guess we will have to check out Beckett later today, they typically get the other best available boxes...

Did you hear what they said about them listening to the customer...The customer wasn't happy w last yr's product , so they made changes to this yr's gold Standard.. What about the rest of the trash Panini produces and all the complaints, how come they don't do anything about that? lol

So are we suppose to post the answers here or on the Panini blog?
