3 black=6 hits and 60% chance of "A" list auto.
1 exquisite= 3-4 hits (prolly 1 big hit) and maybe 2 base cards

I personally would vote on the exquisite. If you get three dud boxes of black (possible), yet Exquisite has yet to surface and could be loaded. Black doesnt seem to hold it value on the 2ndary market. Exquisite has in my opinion.

Exquisite. Black has poor resale values and Exquisite is supposed to be hand-packed for "quality control." And everyone knows that UD is always looking out for the collector.
