Derrick Rose posted on his twitter account, "Feels good to be back in the gym".
Happy to see him working out again. ![]() https://twitter.com/drose/statuses/2...w_p=tweetembed |

you never want to see an exciting young player get hurt and it's great to see Rose up and moving again in the gym. hopefully he comes back fully healthy cause he's one of the best guys to watch in the game.

I think even if he does lose a step he'll still be faster than most and I think he's smart enough and works hard enough that he will adapt his game and play smarter

I'm going to make 2 comments....one as a Biased fan, and one as an Objective fan.
Biased comment: I think we might be looking at one of the quickest falls from grace (athletically) for a very promising young basketball player. This guy seems to be injury prone, and even if he does come back during the regular season, it might not be enough to make an impact for his team. Objective comment: It will be very interesting to see how Rose comes back, will he be the explosive MVP from 2011? Or will we see a shell of his former self? Regardless for the sake of the league, it would be better if he came back the way he used to be.

8-12 months, but most likely around late March / early May. They are being understandably very cautious with Rose according to our GM, considering he is the best thing that has ever happened to Chicago sports since Jordan. With that being said, everyone has been saying that Rose is ahead of schedule, so I honestly wouldn't be surprised if I saw him start practicing full time in Jan. or Feb, with some games maybe in late Feb.

The White Sox and Blackhawks have won championships since Jordan retired. Although I would say that Rose is the best thing that has happened to the BULLS since Jordan.
