All I can say is the USPS sucks. I cant see why they cant ID someone before they deliver a package that a require signature. The sad thing is that the neighbor that they gave it to is a lady so how the heck can she sign for me? no wonder USPS is laying so many jobs off because some of their employees are dumba$$.
