Needed some thoughts/opinions from members on this ebay issue. I bought a Michael Jordan card and it was sent to me in a PWE (plain white envelope) for $.45 cents. The kicker is, that I paid $3.85 for shipping. I won the auction for $1.00. The card arrived in good condition. I am just a little upset that he didn't sent it in a bubble mailer for the price he charged for shipping. What should I do? Message him and tell him I am not happy he sent in a PWE? Give him and nuetral feedback and ding the DSR rating? Or just let it go? Appreciate any comments. Thanks.

I would message him and say what you think politely. See how he handles it. I would not have a problem leaving a neg for him since this really isnt what you paid for. The seller knew what he was doing.

Once you got the card in the condition described, that's all that matters. Put it this way if he paid $7 to ship it to you, would you have sent him the extra?
Its a $1 card and $3.85 shipping for a reason. The seller has to take time out to sell a $1 card, he is making next to nothing on it. Just send him a PM and tell him that you were unhappy with the shipping method, but don't make a big fuss about it.
