Guesses on how much cards will sell for

Jordan Base Auto /99: My guess 1000 uo to 1500 first week or so
Jordan Shadowbox : 1300-1500
Jordan Ring Auto: 1500

Lebron average : 700-1200

Bird/Magic/Dr.J/russell. 350-500 at first

average other bum auto 50-150

I could be wrong but for a new release I dont see prices being that high. $50 for a "bum" auto? A Bird auto for $350? Just not going to happen.

You may get one sale at each of the above prices, but after that the Jordan base autos will max out at 400-500. The Jordan shadowbox will be in the 800s (just look at the jordan "home court" autos in 2011 sp authentic, they were selling for higher that I thought they would because they are something different). Not sure about the Jordan ring auto, depends on the numbering and how good they look in person. They could conceivably max out in the high 900s.

The others will eventually sell for what their all time greats autos will sell for. The championship bling autos are the only ones that I don't have a good feel for. If they look awesome in person, these could carry a premium.

For my money, I would rather have the on-card autos from fleer retro. Harder to hit, much more unique than what I am seeing on the UD exquisite facebook pics.

what you dont realize is this isnt all time greats or sp authentic is Exquisite(yes not the same as old but still exquisite, All time greats had no credibility and sp authentic was 125 a box this is 800-900 a box there is no way a jordan auto out of this will sell for 4-500 no way plus collectors will get a chance to get an exquisite auto from players they never have had before like penny and others. Its going to be hot watch.

All Time Greats was one of the funnest rips in recent basketball, second only to Fleer Retro. Not sure what you mean by not having credibility, as I don't know too many people who didn't love this product (save those who need NBA unis, which I completely understand).

If folks want to buy a Jordan base auto for a grand that looks similar to an ATG auto, they can feel free to do so. I just don't see it happening unless UD busts out some pictures that show some true beauties. The championship bling cards could be big, especially overseas. I am interested to see how well those do.

yea i agree some, there will be something we will find out day of release. Hope its something good haha either way im getting a case on the 16th if thats the day it comes out

If you honestly believe those are going to be the prices, you should buy every single box you can get your hands on up to $800-900/box as you'd just be printing money given the guarantees.

I think the Jordan shadow boxes will be sweet but only bring in around 1,000. And I really dont get whats so good about the championship bling. Real question is how much is the Exquisite 12 going to go for?

I disagree with the OP's pricing predictions, but I'm not guaranteeing he will be wrong at all. All I meant was if anyone thinks those will be the prices, you should buy every single box you can get your hands on.

I honestly wish they would quit producing MJ autos....mine are just getting less rare. Not hyped whatsoever for this dumb product.

Prices are what people will pay. People who got the product or will get the product will try to hype it and hope that the value will be high. The people bashing on it and devaluing it will be those that don't plan to get any sealed boxes and hope that the product bombs. So there's no point in discussing that now.
Only time will tell. NO one predicted that fleer retro that this kind of success. With panini not offering much competition when it comes to high end up cards until... middle of next year, exquisite will be THE high end product. We'll see if it settles back to around $2000 or jump up to $3000-4k a case.

I don't think anyone knows for sure, if they do, I'd like to hear. But I've gathered it's supposed to be at least one Jordan per case (not box). I've heard the "box hits" in the other two boxes are either LeBron + random A-List or random A-list + random A-List.

If your talking right now the gate then I think it will look more like this.

Jordan Auto (the base auto is a 1 of 1 and would command $4,000 plus easily)
/99 - $650-800

Jordan Shadowbox - $1000-1200

Jordan Ring Auto (two version of this /99 and /75) - /99 would probably go for around $700ish

Lebron auto (vague seeing there are several different ones) - $380-550

Other group A autos - $120-250

Scrub auto will sell for about - $40-60 each roughly

This is my predictions, but who knows we will only have to wait and see.

Just get ready for a lot of Mark Jackson, Bill Laimbeer, Hal Greer, and Cazzie Russell in this product. All great players with little sell value.

Still going to try a case for kicks, but I am ready for a kick in the junk.

How about all the quad autos and 9 way autos? I forgot how much they were going for when released in All time greats. Anyone have records of those? Also the quad auto looks like they're on card

Yep they sold extremely well, I should know I was lucky enough to get one of the nicest 9 ways. The 12 way featured on the sell sheet would sell for $7,000 easy. Most of the nine ways sold for around $2000 with some not even having MJ. The quad autos all depends who is on there. I look at it this way, if your getting boxes at around $500-550, breaking a case would be great because at worst you would most likely break even.

i think up to 600 a box is going to be a wash (if you get it and get everything on the first couple days) I paid a little more than that but its a gamble jsut like all other cards. It may go crazy just like retro did but i have a few friends who are MJ collectors and they will buy anything that is new and has MJ on it so the championship rings they are going crazy over and the shadowboxes they love we will see how it goes but i think it will do jsut fine,
