You may want to rethink about this post, I don't think you can sue them for that, and I think the card has a little more value to it since it is an error card.

That's like saying a brand new BMW is more "rare" because they forgot to put the engine in. I'd say send it back w/ a letter that reads UD the riot act and give them a chance to make it right. You have a HUGE bargaining chip right there. You might even want to write in to Beckett saying "WTF UD" and see if UD contacts YOU. My 2 cents...

I'd send that letter with a picture of this card and state, "do you really treat customers this way?":

In all honesty guys, is it possible the seller took out the logo patch? The last thing I ever want to do is defend UD, but is it possible he did this?

Then perhaps something more creative should be put in that blank logoman space. Maybe I should by that Lebron James card and insert something controversial in the space and display that card along with this "triple auto" card. What do you think?
