need help with panini redemption

i have a carlos boozer auto redemption sitting with them for a year , i know it is not a super expensive card , but wanted it for my bulls pc
but i give up i just want to ask for an exchange
so my questions are do you think i can ask for a better card
and how do i go about doing so

Call Customer service and request a replacement. Usually they won't honor the request for a specific player, but they will try to make it a specific team (really depends on who you talk to).

If you really want it then you could continue to wait, but who knows when Boozer will sign them, it might never be made.
