After looking at it more, I'm pretty confident it's Chris Paul...or if the stars align, Wade. I wouldn't be surprised if it's Paul though. I've heard that Wade wanted too much money to sign for Panini so I'd be surprised if he finally came to a deal.

If that's truly the player in question, I think the arms are way too skinny to be Wade. Look at how small the biceps are.

Those tricky sons-a! I swear that last cutout looked like Rondo.

So what does this mean? Luck can't sign for Topps anymore? That would be huge if that's what it means?

It doesn't involve cards. I guess it's only for memorabilia. There's a post about it in the football section.
