I just noticed that now the seller can report a buyer on ebay, is this new or it has been like this for a while, does it works at all. Thanks

Report as in? You have always been able to report a NPB, but it doesn't affect or hurt the buyer. Other than that, you can report things a buyer says or does, but eBay will most likely still side with the buyer.

It is that I was going to leave a feedback to a buyer and I always saw the positive or leave feedback later options, now (at least for me) there is a report buyer option with 4 or 5 sub options. As I never seen this I though if this was some sort of relief for the headache some buyers cause.

I noticed as well, But i still wish that we could leave negative feedbacks for pos non paying bidders. It's such a damn waste of time on the sellers part when they don't plan on paying.
