It wouldn't be the first time an Exquisite card has been miss numbered. Seems to happen a few times each release.

I've seen Panini cards that have the same serial numbers on two different cards. Mistakes happen. Don't think someone would get fired over this.

I remember there was blake griffin exquisite RC that had two different serial number on it from 09/10 exquisite
