Pittsburgh requires immediate payment on its auctions or the item doesn't end. It's legit. Who knows why by the buyer went through them and not cheaper elsewhere. Some people also feel more secure going through an UD authorized retailer vs. a private party seller.

When it comes to very high end, i'm sure rich buyers rather buy from the big stores instead of personal owners. Also like ninja said, it might be an international buyer and the other seller doesn't ship internationally.

And if u're listing something thats $2800, i would think he'd want to list it with details instead of using his phone to list the item. Again just not very professional, not saying its not a legit case.
